What you may provide

• Email address — one-time code to enter
• Wallet address and a signature — no spend
• X account when you connect it
• Text, links and images you publish on plates
• Solana or EVM sends you choose to credit as Ember

What we store

• Public plates, replies and judgments — evidence + timestamp
• Desk profile fields you set — username, bio, avatar
• Session cookie on your device — HttpOnly
• Ember balance and ledger entries for credits you claim

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal lists
• We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys
• Wallet login is a signature only — no approve, no transfer from the sign-in itself
